I am ready
Saying, "I am ready" is your first step out of creative, emotional and financial prison. Bold statement? Not at all, in fact this is the basis of everything you consider freedom. I am ready is your universal passkey to achieving everything you ever wanted to achieve.
The power of our mind is what sets us free or holds us in captivity. Our minds limit us when we live under the illusion that we are individual sources of our power. When we remember that our minds are part of the Universal Power everything becomes clear. The part of our brain which says we are incapable of achieving everything we want is the part that clings to that individual source idea. The part of our brain which says, "I am ready" is the part that is alive and part of the Unlimited.
I love the quote from Marriane Williamson when she said "It is our light which frightens us, not our darkness." I love it because it reminds me that when I step beyond my comfort zone and achieve something amazing it makes me wonder what else I can accomplish. This can be a frightening realization because it brings into question the very idea of limitation. We are comfortable with the known, the familiar. Even when it holds us back from joy, love, abundance and self worth the unknown is uncomfortable. When we dare to challenge ourselves with the idea that I am ready, we are going out on the skinny branches. However, the more we step out on those skinny branches, the thicker they grow until we forget why we were afraid in the first place.
Growth and freedom are like an exercise program. The more we do it the easier it gets. Try it for yourself. Pick a topic and say, "I am ready" to write a book, sing in public, be your own person. Don't look down, just trust that if you can imagine it, the Universe has approved it already and will support you every step of the way.
