Lost Time
Where is your lost time? Ironically Lost Time might not be when you are messing around. It might be when you are so busy trying to accomplish things you get to the point where you are just being busy! We lose sight of our goals, our dreams by being too involved in things which seem important but are not truly important.
Now I get to point that finger at myself. For the past two weeks we have been in the Hawaiian Islands not keeping up to date with blogs. Now, was this lost time or was it actually recognizing priorities? Let's be honest here; we do not work for the sake of working. We work so that we can enjoy life. As the years pass I find, just as in music, that the most important things are the spaces between the work. Many people have told me to slow down, to relax, not to do so much. I have to be honest, channeling Ashtar is the most important work I can do. Still, to channel Ashtar effectively there has to be some relaxation time so I can be at my best as His vessel. The first three quarters of the Year of the Horse have rushed by so quickly. I am grateful for our long standing friends as well as those who are new to the Ashtar Family. You have provided me increasing opportunities to do His work. What I am getting at here is we need not be down on ourselves for wanting to take a beat, to catch our breath. Take a moment to decide if this applies to your life too.
While in the Islands we accepted a gracious invitation from our friend Paula to visit the Big Island to meet with a whole new group of Star Seeds in a powerful session. It was so rewarding to see the entire group take time after our session to spend time getting to know each other. Was this Lost Time? I think not. Set your priorities to support your entire life not just "on the clock hours." Balance is the key. In taking time to enjoy the pause between actions we actually become even more effective in life.
