My Day

My Day is the reminder that our own being must be supplied before we can offer any assistance to another. Just like on an airplane, the first thing we do is secure the oxygen mask over our own face before helping others. I cannot underscore the importance of Self Care.
Most of our communication is vibrational. Before we even utter one word others sense our vibration. Why are we attracted to one person and avoid another? Our vibrational communication, that's why. Even the clearest, most centered person on our planet can have periods of low vibrations, it's nothing to be embarrassed about. That's why taking a My Day here and there is so essential. In this week's video and Intention Ashtar, the Ambassador of Love, reminds us to take time to recharge in a way that is far superior to what I can write here.
Do you remember those great Energizer Bunny commercials where the battery operated toys just keep on going? As long as our own batteries are fully charged we too just keep on going and going and going. Well sooner or later that battery runs down. We can no longer beat on the big drum raising the energetic level of everyone around. Sooner or later the batteries must be changed or recharged. Simply stated this is what a My Day is; the recharging of our batteries.
When we take care of ourselves as a matter of course we can be there for others. People will be drawn to us simply because they feel that we are centered on the unlimited Universal Power. The really fun thing about other people being drawn to us is that no matter where they are centered we can continue to grow into the beings of light and love we are intended to be. Go ahead, take that My Day knowing you are not only serving yourself, you are serving others at the same time.
These past few days my own batteries have been supercharged by the love and thoughtfulness of people from around the world who have offered their love as I celebrated my latest birthday. It is truly a blessing to be recharged with the power of love. This weekend has been a true "My Day" and I thank you all.
Many Blessings of Universal Love,
Terrie
