You are the light
You, yes you are the Light. When we speak about you being a part of the All That Is, the Universe, this includes you being the same light as the entire Universe. Remember last week when I quoted Marianne Williamson, "It is not our darkness which frightens us, it is our Light" that's what we are talking about. You have unlimited power to create.

There is one phrase from Ashtar this week that really stands out, "Everything you think, do or say." That's how connected to the creative process we are. This underscores that you are not an afterthought; you are an integral part of the Universe. Everything you think, do or say sets in motion the creative process. It all comes down to our energy. Pretty amazing, right? Maybe you already know this but you are the Light.
It is also essential to remember that you are The Light works both ways. We can elevate ourselves and others with our thoughts and actions and we can also diminish others and ourselves with our energy. We are energy in a physical form. Our vibrations go out to attract vibrations which are a match. If you want to think of it another way, we are our own mirrors. That's why people who irritate us the most can be our best teachers; they show us what is active in our vibrations.
