Keep the light bright

How does one keep The Light bright? The first step is an awareness that you are even part of sharing the healing light. If you are reading this blog I know you have an awareness that we are all beings of Light. You can walk into any room and immediately identify like souls. First you feel their energy then hone in on their physical presence. Yes, you do, don't attempt to deny it, you are an amazing Light yourself.
All this month Ashtar has been talking about The Light; being a mirror of light, keeping your mirror clean, reflecting The Light and now keeping your Light bright. But let's admit it, sometimes we don't feel like the Light. When we find ourselves under stress, maybe feeling less than our whole selves due to an illness or maybe even sadness, our Light can dim, our reflective mirrors become cloudy. But don't worry, this is all part of the human experience. Even when you don't feel especially bright remember, that Light is still within. Even when it is not exactly a Lighthouse, that Light within will be what brings you back to full brilliance and once again you can keep the Light bright.
We sometimes identify too much with our physical beings. When we say, for instance, " I'm Terrie," our Light may dim. If on the other hand we say, "My name is Terrie" we differentiate between the physical bodies we have and the spiritual beings we truly are. This helps us keep the Light bright. Perhaps I will speak with Ashtar about doing a series about this distinction in the future.
Each week in his videos Ashtar leaves us an intention, something to help us reach our next level. If you pay attention to the power within these intentions you keep your mirror polished so that it not only reflects your Light and the Light around you but will also help you keep the Light bright on every level.
We are now well established in the Year of the Horse. Are you remembering to hold on tight? That's one way to keep The Light bright!
Many Blessings of Universal Love,
Terrie
