The Greatest Joy

What is the greatest joy in your life? For me it is the joy of being the earthly voice of the Eleventh Dimensional Ascended Master, Ashtar. Okay, no surprise there, but let me offer you some thoughts about how this applies to you.

This week in His video and Intention Ashtar shares with us why our greatest joy is also the place where we can amp-up our frequency, vibration and power. Take a moment and think about what makes you happiest, I will wait.

I think it was Joseph Campbell who said, "find your passion and you will never work a day in your life." That may not be the exact quote but it serves us well here. If you are doing what it is the Universe placed you here to do, it's not work. When you find joy in a hobby, vocation, relationship, even housekeeping, you are opening the direct connection between you and The Universe.

Sometimes we find ourselves imersed in doing tasks that are not especially joyful. When we find ourselves in that position we can choose to either complain or find something about these tasks that does bring us joy. If, for instance the idea of cleaning a toilet is not especially joyful, perhaps we can find a way to associate scrubbing a toilet with the joy of knowing that once it is clean you will feel better about your home, your life, even your entire being. Does that make wielding a scrub brush less onerous?

But what is it you do that truly brings you joy? What "lights your fire?" Perhaps it is walking in the wilderness or along the seashore. Could it be you feel best when you are teaching? Whatever it is, these are the kind of images and feelings you can bring into your meditation time. The more we feel connected to The Universe the more powerful we are.

When we are feeling disconnected from The Universe we can also know that something is coming between us and The Universe. Everything in creation conspires to support our joy and happiness. Physical or emotional pain closes the door to that joy and happiness. It's not that The Universe has suddenly decided to stop supporting us, it's just that something has gotten in the way. Left unaddressed this disconnect can become permanent. This is exactly why it is important to identify where your joy resides. When the disconnect arises we can easily reach for that feeling to help us break through into the Light.

Here is a visual: think of The Universe as a radio station broadcasting joy, harmony, peace, love and prosperity all the time. Now think of yourself as the reciver. If the broadcast signal begins to get fuzzy, reach for the tuning knob (through meditation or the power of your thoughts) and make subtle adjustments until you regain the clarity of your receiver. Find your greatest joy!

And if I need to offer a reminder; not all signal interferance is bad. Perhaps your greatest joy has shifted a little. Know that God, The Universe is always sending you unlimited power to overcome anything.

Many Blessings of Universal Love,

Terrie
