The Light

The Light of the Universe is within you. Not in a figurative manner, but really, truly within you.

Isn't it interesting that many people who consider themselves evolved still refer to the creative process as something which comes from outside themselves? We think of Karma or Spiritual Evolution as something which is "out there" or a separate entity from ourselves. It's not you know, because we are the Universe manifest. The Master Teacher Jesus, when discussing the miracles he performed tells us, "These things I do, and you shall do greater." That is the Light. Pretty powerful idea isn't it.

This month in his videos and Intentions Ashtar has repeatedly referred to the Cornucopia. We see the Cornucopia as something which is outside ourselves. Yet, during each video He has reminded us that the Cornucopia is within. This would be a great time to begin weaning ourselves off the idea that our abundance, prosperity, love, relationships, whatever it might be, must be derived from some distant point. The truth is the power to create successful and fulfilling relationships comes from within. The abundance we seek is already within us. That Spiritual Growth and fulfillment cannot be bestowed upon us, we simply have to open ourselves to our own power.

So why then do we have the idea we must follow a Guru or worship in a particular manner to find these things? I'm going to suggest something that two hundred years ago would have seen me burned at the stake: it's all about control! We really don't have to go back all that far in time to see writings which confirm this. The Master Teacher we refer to as Jesus spoke of our innate powers all the time. That is The Light.

If you followed Ashtar's suggestion to begin a Gratitude Journal you will see the evidence of your unlimited power right there in front of you. Your powers are so astounding they can actually be frightening sometimes. That's another reason we often back off our own creative powers; we amaze ourselves but hesitate to own our power. Be not afraid.

It is such a joy to work with amazing creators and manifesters such as yourselves. To be around people who are beginning to understand that they are The Light humbles me. Happy Holidays bearers of The Light, your power humbles me.
